Know Before You Book
The ways to stay.
Cabins and tiny homes for those who like a roof and a bed; full-hookup RV sites, tent pads, and unlimited overflow for those who bring their own. Here's the quick lay of the land.
Tiny home rentals
Sleeps 8 with a full kitchen, private bath, and living room. Linens provided, a deck with table and chairs, plus fire ring and picnic table. PM1 & PM3 sit close to the Clubhouse and pool. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside.
Cozy cabin rentals
From one-room Brown, Green, and Lakeview cabins to two-room layouts and lakeside couples cabins (CC1–CC3). Most include a fridge, microwave, flat-screen TV with cable, ceiling fan, and outlets. Bring your own pillows and linen. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside.
RV & camping sites
Water, electric, and many with sewer and cable. 20, 30, and 50-amp service, with sites sized for everything from tents and popups to full-size big rigs. Each site description notes the best fit so you never guess.
Shaded tent camping
One tent per site on gravel or wood-deck pads (12'x10' up to 17'x10'), close to the clubhouse, pool, and lake. Limited 15-amp electric (bring a long cord), shared picnic tables, grills, and fire rings. No vehicles at the site — borrow a wagon to haul your gear in.
Room for the big ones
Pull-through and angled sites built with large RVs in mind, including concrete pads and open-sky satellite spots. See our dedicated big-rig guide for the best picks and driving directions.
Always an option
When regular sites fill up, overflow is unlimited and priced per person — the most economical way to camp, especially for solo guests. No borders, no hookups; comfort stations and clubhouse charging outlets are close by. First arrive, first pick.
Tents Only, Shade Guaranteed
Inside the Tent Grove.
A dedicated, shaded camping area just steps from the clubhouse, pool, recreation, and The Lake at The Woods — with bathrooms and laundry close by.
Pads are built one tent per site. Gravel pads have room around the edge for larger tents; deck pads are exact size with cleats to tie or bungee down. Limited electric runs at 15 amps max (no tent air conditioners), so bring a long 12- or 14-gauge cord. Bring a propane or charcoal grill, and a raised campfire dish or rent one from the camp store.
Good to know: No vehicles are allowed at the campsite — equipment must be carried in and out, and wagons are available to borrow. The terrain is somewhat rough and hilly, and picnic tables, grills, and fire rings are shared community amenities.

The Economical Way
Overflow camping.
When all regular sites are booked, many guests happily camp in overflow. Your site has no borders — your space is whatever you need to set up your tent or trailer.
There are no hookups (electric, water, sewer), shade, or picnic tables, and no fire rings — but a raised fire dish is allowed (bring your own or rent one from the camp store). Potable water is available across from the flag poles at Guest Services, comfort stations are close by for toilets, hot showers, and sinks, and you can charge devices on the clubhouse patio. Guests with generators must camp in Overflow C and Overflow D, east of the Amphitheatre.
Overflow is priced per person, making it the most economical way to camp — especially for solo guests. Minimum-night requirements still apply, and sites are unlimited on a first-arrive, first-pick basis.
