Seasonal campsites at The Woods.
From permanent sites to full-season weekend reservations and field perms — here are all the ways to make The Woods your home base from May through October.
Permanent Campsites
A coveted (and full) list.
We had a waiting list for permanent sites even before building our expansion area — and after filling every intended perm site, more than 100 people remained on the list.
We don't have plans to construct additional perm sites, so we've stopped adding people to the waiting list. With only 1 to 2 sites a year not renewed, it would be over 50 years before we reached the end of the current list.
Each season we collect submitted interest and reach out if sites become available — typically in January or February. If interest exceeds availability, we run a random lottery.
Taking over a perm site? Some perms sell the items on their site, which can include the right to "take over" the site as a new perm camper. Before you agree, confirm they've been cleared by camp ownership to do that — or email Woody with questions.

"Semi-perm" or "Sperm" sites?
These are terms many guests use, but they aren't official classifications at The Woods. Below are the real ways to camp seasonally with us.
Your Options
Ways to camp seasonally.
Full Season Weekend Reservation Sites
Book the same select site for the entire season. Regular weekend rates apply — there are no discounts, and storage fees aren't included. Prior participants get first right of renewal, and the program isn't transferable if you sell your camping equipment.
Field Perms
Camp in our field areas — with water, electric, and sewer — in the rows at the bottom of the center field and along Diversity Way, paying one price for every night of the season. Not transferable if you sell your equipment.
Full Season Weekend Overflow Reservation Sites
Love the overflow-field environment? Consistent guests may keep their camper in the same overflow spot all season. Storage fees are additional. Note your preferred Overflow Area in the form.

Leave It With Us
Storing your RV at The Woods.
Full Season Weekend Reservation guests can store their unit on the campsite between visits and through the off-season.
Just register your RV with us at Guest Services and sign a storage agreement — we'll assign it an ID number to help identify it. Note that you won't have access to your unit while The Woods is closed.
Storage is at your own risk; The Woods is not responsible for damage or theft. The RV owner is solely responsible for insurance covering any damage whatsoever while in storage on The Woods property (snow, wind, malicious damage, accidents, etc.).
