Cancel your reservation.
Use the form below to cancel a campsite reservation you no longer need. Please review our cancellation timelines first — cancellations within 7 days of arrival no longer qualify for a credit or refund.
Before You Cancel
Cancellation Policy
- 15+ days prior to arrival: 90% refund* or credit of deposit toward another date in the same season.
- 8–14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund* or credit of deposit toward another date in the same season.
- 7 days or less prior to arrival: you will forfeit your deposit.
*A refund will only be issued if the reservation was made with our Flex pricing rate. Flex Rate follows the normal cancellation policy timeframes.
I didn't book using Flex Rate. If you didn't use Flex Rate, or you're cancelling too close to your arrival date to receive a refund or credit, you can try to transfer your reservation to another person. If you find someone to take it over, they pay you and we transfer the reservation for a $15 admin fee.
Most guests advertise offerings like this in the Camping Buddies Facebook Group. Once you're paid, use our Transfer Form.
Following our cancellation timelines, if you qualify for a refund it will appear on your statement within a week. If not, please contact us to inquire. Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival date don't qualify for a credit or refund.
